The Gefen EXT-UHDA-HBTL-RX is a powerful HDBaseT™ receiver that extends HDMI signals over a single CAT-5e cable up to 70 meters at 1080p and 40 meters at 4K. Additionally, the receiver de-embeds analog, optical, and coaxial audio from the video—ideal for professional AV installations and impressive presentations.
With a data rate up to 10.2 Gbps and a TMDS clock of 300 MHz, it supports HDMI 2.0 resolutions up to 4K Cinema-DCI (4096×2160 at 30 Hz 4:4:4) and 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160 at 60 Hz 4:2:0) with HDCP 2.2 and 1.4. High-quality multichannel audio formats such as Dolby Atmos®, Dolby TrueHD®, DTS:X™, and DTS-HD Master Audio™ pass through losslessly to the HDMI output.
The receiver supports bidirectional RS-232 and 2-way IR communication for control of AV sources and displays at both ends. Thanks to Power over HDBaseT™ (PoH), it can be powered from either the sender or receiver—greatly simplifying installation.
The compact, slim metal chassis is designed for easy mounting behind displays. All connectors are secured with Gefen locking power and HDMI ports for reliable connections.
