The Gefen GTB-UHD600-HBT is a compact and powerful solution for extending HDMI 2.0 audio and video signals with HDR up to 80 meters over a single CAT-5e (or better) cable. With a data rate of 18.2 Gbps and a TMDS clock of 600 MHz, this extender leverages the HDMI 2.0 standard for top-tier image quality.
Thanks to HDBaseT™ technology and lossless compression algorithms from Gefen, the system transmits resolutions up to 4K Cinema DCI (4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz, 4:4:4) and 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz, 4:4:4) with HDR without any loss in quality. It also supports 1080p Full HD, WUXGA, 3DTV, and Deep Color up to 1080p.
In addition to high-resolution video, the extender transmits high-quality multichannel audio such as 7.1 LPCM, Dolby Atmos®, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X™, and DTS-HD Master Audio™. Bidirectional RS-232 and IR extension allows for device control at both the transmitter and receiver.
Bi-Directional POL (Power over Line) technology supplies power to either the transmitter or receiver through the same cable – only one power supply is required, making it ideal for installations without a nearby power outlet.
The robust, compact metal housing is easy to install and can be discreetly concealed. The extender supports Gefen lockable HDMI cables for secure and stable connections.
