The Logos voting system consists of three main components:

• Keypads
• Multi-Antennae-System (antennas and control unit)
• Rapido Software

The speaker opens the voting with a question which is of course embedded in his presentation and projection.

The keypads enable every participant to easily take part in the voting.

The Multi-Antennae-System provides a secure radio transmission for data to travel to the control unit. The answer is first stored on the keypad, then, after the votes have been placed, the system retrieves all results from the keypads. The Logos system guarantees that each vote from the keypad is registered and then integrated into the statistical report.

The Rapido Voting Software then provides the speaker with an immediate presentation and evaluation of the results.

Do you want a large number of participants taking part in a vote? No problem with the professional Logos voting system! You can administer up to 16.000 participants with only one system.
Each of the system’s keypads can be programmed with personalized, specific data, enabling you to categorically group votes according to any parameters you wish.

Every participant gets a keypad which contains an ID number, ensuring accurate results.

10 numeric keys, including „Yes“ and „No“ buttons, allow participants to easily answer any question the speaker may ask.

Multi-digit entries are also possible, e.g. for a ranking (according to importance 3-1-2-4).
The keypads are very durable, are operated with standard AAA batteries and can be switched off centrally by an automatic or manual shutdown.

Highest flexibility and reliability: up to 32 antennas, secure radio transmission on 868 MHz band

The rugged Multi-Antennae-System allows for a secure comprehensive coverage of any designated area, whether it be one large auditorium or multiple rooms.
The antenna system operates on 868 MHz frequency, so that you do not have to fear interferences with other devices such as those within the crowded 2,4 GHz frequency range. You can use up to 32 antennas at the same time. The antennas are connected to the radio control unit over RS-485 interface.

The Fusion Controller is a complete solution for your event. The Rapido Software and the radio control unit are integrated in a 19“ industrial PC. This very durable PC was especially developed for operation with the Rapido voting software and offers all necessary connections for executing a perfect voting event. In addition to the current drives such as DVD and card reader, it offers a preview and a main VGA output which allow you to make sure that the correct slides are selected and then also allow you to make them visible to the audience over the main output whenever you would like. The integration of a DMX interface allows for lighting control.

Furthermore you can integrate additional media, e.g. “jingles”, sound files and start them by means of the action list. Thus, you can control the complete show with one system.

Rapido is a voting management software for the operation and evaluation of voting procedures. Voting results are collected at speeds up to 250 votes per second. This is absolutely impossible through use of conventional means (ballots, hand signal). During the system quick start the software checks whether all antennas are operable and ready for use. Furthermore, the allocation of the keypads can be done very quickly by means of imported participant lists.
